Reasons for seeking Psychotherapy

People come to therapy for a wide range of reasons. Sometimes it is simply to talk through a problem which has just arisen, sometimes to gain some personal insight or understanding, at other times to deal with long standing issues or old conflicts. There are many good reasons.
